This job was another “personal” job for the Posh girls! Elizabeth’s daughter, (and Karrie’s niece) Hailey was about to celebrate her 4th birthday. Elizabeth had the idea to do a sweet shoppe party – and to focus mainly on ice cream sundaes (since that is one of Hailey’s favorite desserts). Of course, Hailey would have loved another *orange* party – but since we went all out with orange last year, we chose a different palette this year! Mint green, chocolate brown and pink set the tone for her “sweet shoppe”. Karrie hand wrote the “script” font on her invitations, and hand drew the darling ice cream cone. Each piece was hand water-colored, and then a sweet tiny red crystal adorned the ice cream like a “cherry”. We had fun with the stocks – a textured brown layered with a mint and cream polka dot, a shimmery bright pink and then ecru linen to print. A soft silk ribbon tied in a bow gave the invitation a rich, fun feel. Of course we had to go “all out” on the paper goods for the party. We made all of the signage, cute ice cream “labels” for the sundae cups, and Elizabeth hand made the “sweet shoppe” banner. The games and art table were a big hit, and the sundae bar was the highlight. Again, photos by the amazing Jackie Wonders

Happy Birthday, sweet Hailey Grace!
